Yamashita Farm
Dried sweet potato is made from “Hime-Ayaka” sweet potatoes grown in the mountains of Ikeda-cho, Miyoshi City. It is popular for its sweetness and smooth texture.
Tomatoes are cultivated in this farm from summer to fall. Different varieties of sweet tomatoes are grown. The products of Yamashita farm are also sold at the Sanchoku Tsuboshiri Yamashita Farm.
